(i) red

Total numbers of red balls = 3 Number of black balls = 5

Total number of balls = 3 + 5 = 8

Probability of getting a red ball is = Total number of red balls/Total number of balls

= 3/8

∴ Probability of getting a red ball is 3/8

(ii) Black
